You'll need milk chocolate chips, Golden Grahams cereal, and mini marshmallows to make these treats.

You need only 3 ingredients to make no-bake S'MORES COOKIES this summer. Combine chocolate, marshmallows, and Golden grahams cereal.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal (120 grams)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows (5.7 ounces or 162 grams)
- 12 ounces (1 package) milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line 2 to 3 baking trays with parchment paper.
- Place the cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pour the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir and use the residual heat to fully melt the chocolate chips. This may take a couple of minutes. If necessary, you may add additional time in the microwave, but do NOT overheat the chocolate!
- Scrape the chocolate over the cereal and marshmallows. Stir to combine, evenly coating the chocolate.
- Use a 2-tablespoons cookie scoop to scoop the mixture, press the flat side of the scoop against the side of the bowl, and place on the baking tray.
- Let set at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Store at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks. May keep in the refrigerator if room is warm or humid.
Notes
TIP: Spray spatulas and the scoop with non-stick spray.
The chocolate should cool enough while you're waiting for the chips to melt to not melt the marshmallows, but you may also refrigerate the marshmallows first if you want to minimize any chance at melting.
